Not the custon service I had in the past In August I leased a Rav4, and requested to put my personal plates on it. I was told it would cost $60.00 and I wrote a separate check to cover this. In early October I received a communication from Toyota with no covering latter. I did not understand what it was and took it in to the salesman, who did not know either. He said he would look into it and put the envelope in his drawer. From that day to this I have heard nothing. I have made visits to the showroom and been told someone would be in touch with me . I called Mr. Finn who after two calls left a message to say he could not help me and I should contact John Kraiza, the manager. I did this 10 days ago and he said he would investigate the matter get back to me in a couple of days. I have heard nothing!!! I am not a happy customer and want my $60.00 back. as quickly as possible. I can not recommend Glen Toyota to any one and we have been customers since the 80's, always a Toyota in the family. Our cars have only ever been serviced at Glen Toyota. I would be happy for you to share this with the dealer ship, maybe I would get an answer! More

As mentioned, once bought, living with the vehicle is another matter. Service managers Mike Elston and Jay Forkins guide a terrific service staff and modern comfortable service facility. I've been dealing with Glen Toyota for long time. I've bought and serviced my Toyota's at Glen. I could easily buy somewhere else, even buy different brand. Over the years I've owned many,.many cars, different brands, both domestic and foreign. In the end it comes down to value and ownership experience. Toyota is without question a top notch company offering great cost of ownership and resale value. Glen Toyota Service Management and their staff are what brings me back to buying Toyota's. Great Family Atmosphere! I have been dealing with Glen Toyota since 2005 when my wife purchased a Camry to use as a vehicle for work. A year later I purchased a Sienna for the I have been dealing with Glen Toyota since 2005 when my wife purchased a Camry to use as a vehicle for work. A year later I purchased a Sienna for the same purpose, as well as to transport the members of my CYO basketball team. When my wife passed away in 2015, they were extra considerate in attending to my needs as a single widower. Unfortunately, I had an accident earlier this year; however, all of the safety devices enabled me to walk away without a scratch. When I needed to replace my vehicle, I once again was given the "concerned family" treatment that I have come to expect at Glen Toyota. Mr. Tom Distefano was able to assess my needs and financial situation to make my purchase of a new 2017 RAV4 a reality. Time and time again, I have been invited back if I had any questions about my new purchase, and the Service Department always treats the customers as if they were family relatives. I really wish I could remember the names of every Glen Toyota representative that has helped me through the years. They all deserve a pat on the back!
