Very unprofessional salesman. Gave me a buyers order with a discount on the car then he found out I had a trade and how much I wanted. So he took the discount off and added it as Gator services perks which added over $2000 to the price of the car. Of course because of his ignorance and him trying to pull over a scam I didn’t purchase the car from them. Watch there fees in the buyer order if not they will try to get you too. More

I have to say, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. Started with the price of my trade in, to the price of the truck that I purchased and all the back and forth. After we finally have ever dealt with. Started with the price of my trade in, to the price of the truck that I purchased and all the back and forth. After we finally agreed on terms I tried weeks after weeks to get a hold of the salesmen that sold me the truck with minimal response. I never got my free full tank of gas to start. Then the truck had multiple issues and I’ve reached out to the dealership multiple times to resolve the 3 issues the truck had only for them to tell me I would have to pay for full service on the truck only 24hrs after purchasing it. Not only that, they also told me if I wanted the code for the truck that I’d have to pay $200 to run it on the computer. I never got two sets of keys, the list goes on. I have yet to hear back from the salesmen after endless tries. I’d stay clear of them and I’ll definitely not be going back to Gator Ford. Terrible experience!!!!!! More
