The closing costs along with purchase price and trade value should be shown prior to sitting at a desk with the closing individual. All documents should be shown prior to the closing signature page. I only saw signature pages to sign. The values of sale price and trade value discussed with the sales person were not even close on the actual documents. Beware of the desktop format screen, it may only be visible if you stand up over it. If your not in a rush, ask for printed paper documents so you can sit in the lounge and see all of it. Came in and test drove a used truck Thursday at 745pm left dealership and called sales girl on personal cell phone and told her I wanted truck and sent over via phone a picture of application that sales manager told me to do previous evening. NOBODY followed up with me next morning about test drive or anything! I call my sales girl Talia in the morning she doesn’t mention anything about another buyer. Next thing I know 16 hours after test drive the truck it’s sold and sorry about your luck. Mind you this truck has been available the last 2-3 months! Why after calling me weekly for a month does no on follow up with me the next morning after finally getting me into shop. Additionally they already had ran an application and gotten me approved they just had to reel me in. Absolutely a joke!!! I will never recommend anyone coming to this dealer. Just read the other negative reviews. Bait and switch or they just plain don’t care. Bartow Ford told me I was going the wrong way! More
