I did my research comparing Honda amongst the other brands and found a price for each that model that I would support. I then reached out to the internet support teams at a number of dealerships. TJ was very responsive and transparent with the pricing. When I arrived at the dealership, Tom Duffy handled the sales process and everything was very straightforward. I was in and out within an hour! I would certainly work with these two again for a future purchase! More

They had trouble finding the one I really wanted, so my salesman told me he ordered me one from the factory in Mexico! But after several weeks of not hearing any updates, I stop by to see my salesman. He tells me about 5 more days, and my car would arrive. This guy was fired because of the lies he told his customers, including me. But this dealership, not just one person, leads people and, more importantly, doesn't return phone calls. It's almost as if they don't want your money! Had troubles with them after buying my first car there in 2011, and swore I would never go back. But they're only 10 minutes from home, so I gave them another shot. Big mistake! I ended up working with Honda of Freehold! (Over 1 1/2 hours from home!) Avoid Joyce Honda at all costs! More

Both were terrific in assisting A few weeks ago I purchased a new 2015 Honda Accord. I had the pleasure of being assisted by TJ Johnson and Tom Duffy. Both were terrific in assisting me with all of my questions and needs. TJ was very friendly and welcoming when I first made my first phone call and visit to Joyce Honda. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and I knew right away that this was going to be a good experience. Tom Duffy was my primary salesman and he did a fantastic job in providing me with everything I needed to know about the car. He presented me with several different car options and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire car buying process. At other dealerships I visited I felt extremely pressured and uncomfortable because of all of the pressure they put on me at making a decision on the spot. At Joyce Honda I was presented with all of the different cars they had to offer, and not once did I feel pressured. I am very happy to say I am the proud owner of a new 2015 Honda Accord and I absolutely love the car. This was truly a fantastic car buying experience and I thank Tom and TJ for all of their wonderful assistance. I highly recommend coming to Joyce Honda if you are considering a purchasing or leasing a Honda. More

He took his time to explain how everything works and particularly all the new features since our last Honda. We purchased a 2015 CR-V EX-L, this is our first SUV and we are enjoying it. My husband loves how it handles. Tom our salesman helped set-up all the electronic gear - phones, radio stations, etc. One suggestion - The dealership does not have the brochure for the CR-V, we looked at this car over the course of a couple of months, and it was never available, please order some. Tom, our salesman did print out the specs on the car. More
