I went online and started my search, I was contacted by Manny Paez the same day. I asked for a quote price that they would sell the car, he quoted me a price, which I thought was reasonable. I made an appointment for the weekend to see and test drive the car. Manny met us and took us to a Salesperson (Tom Duffy) who sold my mom a civic a few years back. That was personalized care. Tom was very friendly, showed us the car we were looking, he was able to find the one we were looking for. He spent time showing us the technology inside the car we were looking into. there was absolutely no pressure from Tom. He made us feel very comfortable. Once we were ready, he moved through the purchasing process smoothly. He took care of the details with our insurance company and help move us through the finance with Steve Owusu. After the papers were all signed, Tom took the time to go over all of the key items that we should be aware of in the car. The overall experience was great. I dreaded going shopping for a car in which you spent close to the entire day in the showroom, but with the team like Manny, Tom and Steve, we were able to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay in the quickest time.
