I just bought a new 2026 RAV4 and had great help with decision making and communication from Tom Eusey. It took a couple of months to get the car and he was really good about communicating where we were decision making and communication from Tom Eusey. Very impressed with the customer service and knowledge . There were never any high pressure tactics from him or from Rhyan, the financial services rep that helped me in the business office. He was really good to explain the opportunities for warranties etc. They were both very personable and it's been a very good experience. I'm impressed with this dealership anyway. I had an oil change when we first moved into the area and was very impressed with the customer service at that time. This dealership clearly understands how to keep customers. More
