The place is clean and well-staffed, but I was there over five hours to accomplish a sale. Mr. Rupu Frazer did a great job. Truck was delivered unwashed and dirty. Truck was delivered with only one key and one key fob. Called dealership numerous times and never received a call back. Very disappointed. Alise was absolutely amazing, she provided one of the best experiences I ever had at a car dealership. I love her energy and her attention to detail. From the start with showing us the cars to the end by best experiences I ever had at a car dealership. I love her energy and her attention to detail. From the start with showing us the cars to the end by adding a red ribbon to our cars for good luck. She was kind, funny and helpful. The dealership was great, they made it so comfortable for our kids that at times it was as if they were their living room (snacks, flavored water and tv were among our kids favorites). We highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Alise. More
