He took his time with me, we walked over to the lot to view various cars. I asked Stan what kind of car he had & he showed me his Ford Fusion which I was turning in for a newer model. We went over the pros & cons of the cars I was assessing. I decided to get another Ford Fusion which I love. Stan got me the best price for my money & I left with my new car. I was worried that I would not be able to afford a car payment along with insurance, but I drive about 80 miles a day back and forth from work so I definitely needed a car I could rely on. Mike Henkin, a salesman at Pacifico Ford, took the time to listen to my worries, answered all of my questions, and seemed to actually care and understand my worries. I purchased the car in November and happy that I did. Mike Henkin is the best. He advised me on what additional insurance was necessary. Any problems I encountered after the purchase, I called Mike and he always took care of it. I admire his honesty and his commitment to his customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car because of Mike Henkin. Of the few employees I had to deal with, Mike Henkin was the only one who got the job done!
