I have been in the Auto industry for almost 30 years and 25 of them with Pacifico. I am married for 23 years ( to the same woman) with 4 kids. I started selling cars in 1990 and worked my way up to general manager. I strive to treat all customers the way I would like my family treated.

New 2020 Ford Explorer Purchase I've been buying cars from Pacifico Ford via Gary Holmes for 25yrs. Gary is the best. He doesn't stop at the initial sale, He calls to remind me of I've been buying cars from Pacifico Ford via Gary Holmes for 25yrs. Gary is the best. He doesn't stop at the initial sale, He calls to remind me of servicing needed (I have a busy schedule so it's helpful.) and send birthday/holiday messages. Pacifico leased me a defective car. Same problem was repaired multiple times. Pacifico’s own service manager and GM agreed they “never saw” the problem before! They asked me to come in to terminate th repaired multiple times. Pacifico’s own service manager and GM agreed they “never saw” the problem before! They asked me to come in to terminate the lease and get in something similar because of the obvious problems with the vehicle they initially provided. Ended up being a complete waste of time after the insulting and laughable “deal” which was presented. Will now be forced toward legal action for remedy due to breach of warranty. Very disappointed in all involved. No accountability or ownership of this problem whatsoever! Beware! More
