Efficient/Friendly Buying Experience I don't like to spend days in dealerships haggling over prices and trade in costs, so when my previously dealer who we bought our last four cars from I don't like to spend days in dealerships haggling over prices and trade in costs, so when my previously dealer who we bought our last four cars from (Tarbox Toyota) continued to insult us on a trade in price for a car we bought and continuously serviced from them, i was glad when Paul Masse and Tom Frat stepped up as our second option at the time with the lease of a Enclave. They provided a more competitive offer on the trade in and I felt their vehicles were priced decent up front; Buick's customer incentives didnt hurt either. As for Tom, we were referred to him and I appreciated his straightforward and honest approach. As other reviewers stated, he personally delivered the new registration and has followed up on the car. The Paul Masse dealership is also impressive, very clean, professional and friendly staff, nice little customer service area for the kids. Paul Masse and Tom will definitely be given primary consideration for our next car. More

First and foremost he listened to me and did not try to "blow smoke" or "sell" me in anyway. This was a far departure from the 3 previous dealerships I had just called about similar vehicles that left me far from interested in doing business with them. As a result, I scheduled time to come in the following morning to have him show me the vehicle and have the team assess the value of my trade. I have been in sales for almost 20 years in the IT industry and am a strong believer that what makes people successful in sales no matter what the industry is the ability to build strong relationships founded on trust. This can only happen if you are honest, have integrity, and are willing to listen to your customer and not drive your own agenda. Tom is a true professional that exudes these qualities and will undoubtedly continue to have success. He further impressed me by delivering paper work to my house later that evening likely adding over an additional hour to his commute home. He is clearly and individual who will go above and beyond for his customers and Paul Masse is fortunate to have this caliber of an employee. More
