2019 Expedition Platinum Buying Experience We started by visiting the website on a Sunday and requesting an internet quote on a vehicle. Instantly, I got an auto reply email telling my request We started by visiting the website on a Sunday and requesting an internet quote on a vehicle. Instantly, I got an auto reply email telling my request was received and we will be contacted next business day. Early Monday morning I got a phone call from Nicole. She answered all my questions and we set an appointment up for the next day. She texted me her number so I could giver her our ETA since we were coming from over 2 hours away. When we arrived, the car was up front and we were greeted and introduced to Tom. He (and Nicole) were very professional. He gave us a complete and thorough demonstration of the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and that's pretty much all it took. Tom was able to give us the deal we wanted and we signed the paperwork. The best part, Tom delivered the Expedition to us over 2 hours away!!! This is our first experience with this dealership and we would definitely deal with them again. GREAT customer service!
