Service dept I have been waiting for 4 months for a part to come in for my 2018 ecosport. And when you call the service dept you Have to leave a message and nobod I have been waiting for 4 months for a part to come in for my 2018 ecosport. And when you call the service dept you Have to leave a message and nobody calls you back or when they do they don’t know when the part is coming in. I’m not happy very disappointing. A brand new vehicle and I’m having this problem. More

2019 Expedition Platinum Buying Experience We started by visiting the website on a Sunday and requesting an internet quote on a vehicle. Instantly, I got an auto reply email telling my request We started by visiting the website on a Sunday and requesting an internet quote on a vehicle. Instantly, I got an auto reply email telling my request was received and we will be contacted next business day. Early Monday morning I got a phone call from Nicole. She answered all my questions and we set an appointment up for the next day. She texted me her number so I could giver her our ETA since we were coming from over 2 hours away. When we arrived, the car was up front and we were greeted and introduced to Tom. He (and Nicole) were very professional. He gave us a complete and thorough demonstration of the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and that's pretty much all it took. Tom was able to give us the deal we wanted and we signed the paperwork. The best part, Tom delivered the Expedition to us over 2 hours away!!! This is our first experience with this dealership and we would definitely deal with them again. GREAT customer service! Service was good, took to long Nazareth Ford, overall does a great job. On this day I came in for an oil change. Was told it would take an hour. The service people noticed I was Nazareth Ford, overall does a great job. On this day I came in for an oil change. Was told it would take an hour. The service people noticed I was due for inspection and said it would add another 20 minutes to do the job. Well 2 hours and 20 minutes later, I barely got to my son’s school in time to pick him up.
