Great Experience Prior to stopping in I looked over the vehicles and found what I was interested in. I arranged with the internet contact at the dealership to come in Prior to stopping in I looked over the vehicles and found what I was interested in. I arranged with the internet contact at the dealership to come in and see someone. When I arrived I saw three salesmen so I was a bit anxious as to who was going to attack me but to my surprise the salesman was standing there but was very pleasant and wanted to know what car I had been interested in. We went out to the car and took a ride. After that we had a very pleasant sales conversation about the car. We talked numbers and when he and I agreed on a price he went to the manager for approval. Once approved, Tom and I chatted about the car and our own lives in general. After the sale was final he took me back to the car and went over all the features of the car. There was no rush. I went and had lunch with my wife and returned to pick up my car with my grandson and Tom made a point to show him some neat features and he was thrilled. I’m not a fan of high pressure sales so this purchase was not an anxiety purchase, very smooth and comforting. We negotiated calmly and. I had a very good experience. If another car is in my future my first choice will be to go to Tom at Nazareth Ford. More
