My service appointment on February 27, 2013 at the #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson was by far my best overall experience at the dealership. From setting up the appointment to getting pricing for a set of new Cochran Kia of Robinson was by far my best overall experience at the dealership. From setting up the appointment to getting pricing for a set of new tires to the service itself, it was an excellent all around experience. Dave in parts was very helpful in finding me a set of tires for a price that others couldn't touch. Brian was very friendly and helpful and wasted no time in getting the work done as well as communicating to me what needed done.I have had several other service visits to the dealership and I felt they could have done a better job. But after this last visit, I felt #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson showed showed a vast improvement in every area. Kudos to them on a job well done. More
