I was greeted by Tom Haidet, who explained leasing very well. He is also very patient, experienced, and calm. After I returned from a vacation, I went back to Tom and leased my first car. I particularly appreciated that he was able to upgrade me to the next level Civic, at about the same cost as leasing the cheaper car! More

We had done some research and narrowed our choices down to the CR-V or the Accord. Tom respected all of our research and listened to our needs without trying to upsell us. The whole experience was very comfortable and we had a fun time with Tom. Everyone at Manly Honda, from the sales team to the finance team, took great care of us. They were honest and helpful at every turn. Even after we unexpectedly had to make a change to the trade due to our second car having trouble, the deal was just as fair and everyone was very understanding. A complete gentleman, he let us sell ourselves. Chris, in finance was also particularly nice, efficient and courteous. Tony was a great help pointing out features when he delivered the car to us.
