Excellent and Professional I worked with Tom Hamme to purchase a new Ioniq recently. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed just the right amount of follow up (i.e I worked with Tom Hamme to purchase a new Ioniq recently. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed just the right amount of follow up (i.e., not too aggressive like some other dealerships). I was able to come in for a test drive last minute and Tom was nice enough to stay past his scheduled work hours to meet with me and didn't make me feel rushed. He answered all my questions and knew a great deal about the car I was considering. I highly recommend working with Tom for anyone considering Heritage Hyundai Towson. More

Painless Carbuying Experience I worked with Tom Hamme over e-mail and over the phone to negotiate a price on a new vehicle. We went back and forth several times, and he was always I worked with Tom Hamme over e-mail and over the phone to negotiate a price on a new vehicle. We went back and forth several times, and he was always patient and respectful.. When I ultimately decided to buy from Heritage, he made sure to pull the car aside so it wouldn't sell during the time it took for me to get to the dealership. Once we arrived, he was professional and explained everything clearly. I was in and out of the dealership in a short amount of time. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai to car buyers. More
