Great Experience I have never had such an easy experience purchasing a vehicle. I was made an offer via email that was unbeatable. The price on the offer is the price I paid upon arriving at the dealership- no bait and switch or dishonesty at all. While additional options were presented to me at the dealership, it was just quick and informational with zero pressure to purchase anything. Great price and great service!!! More

Definitely Recommend Heritage Hyundai Towson I was looking for a Sonata and saw one at another dealership online, but when I visited that dealership, the price was no longer what was listed on th I was looking for a Sonata and saw one at another dealership online, but when I visited that dealership, the price was no longer what was listed on the internet, but quite a bit higher. I called Heritage Hyundai Towson and received a price quote over the phone (that matched their internet price). The next day I went to Heritage and again received the same price and purchased the Sonata. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease to come to an agreement on price and overall I had one of the best car buying experiences. More

Great Experience Tom and the rest of the sales department was great to deal with. This is the 2nd car I've leased from Heritage, though Tom, and he was the first and only person I thought to call when I wanted to lease my new car. I am very happy with my car, the experience, and the general service I always receive from Tom and the team at Heritage. I always recommend Heritage to anyone in the area looking for a Hyundai. More

Great Car Buying Experience I just leased my third Genesis from Heritage Hyundai Towson and had an excellent experience (again). Tom Hamme, my salesman, makes the experience very easy and hassle free. What can typically be a stressful event is the exact opposite. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman if you are in the market for a Hyundai. More

Great to deal with to a point. So I called these guys from Pennsylvania about a 2016 Veloster that I was interested in. At first I talked to Keith who was really nice and cordial an So I called these guys from Pennsylvania about a 2016 Veloster that I was interested in. At first I talked to Keith who was really nice and cordial and seemed really helpful. Then I got a call from the manager (I think it was Andre) who I could tell just wanted to sell me a car. He was pushy and trying to rush me and I didn't like it. So I then talked to Keith again who was still cordial and helpful. He called me around 11am and said we should have good news in about an hour. An hour went by, then four more. Finally, I called around 5pm and got no answer so I left a voice mail. No response for three more hours. I called again at 8 and again, no answer. Next day I call again, still no response so I text the number I've been texting with from the dealer. He responded with "I just checked into it and [you] would need a co signer to move forward." I get that I was unqualified to get a car, but the fact that no one told me and my calls were avoided and voicemails not responded to was just very unprofessional. A minute and a half phone call could have avoided this entire negative review. Just know that when dealing with these guys, you'll be treated like a VIP when they think you're going to buy a car from them, but the second that there's an issue, they won't even call or let you know what your other options are. As far as positives go, they had the cheapest Veloster within 300 miles of me. It just sucks that they were so two-faced and arrogant about selling it. More
