A Great Experience!!! Tom Hamme was a pleasure to work with. Tom did not try to sell me my car...just answered my questions so I could buy it. Best Car Buying Experience Ever My husband and I just purchased a new Genesis from Heritage Hyundai. I must say that after shopping other Hyundai dealers in the area that Heritage w My husband and I just purchased a new Genesis from Heritage Hyundai. I must say that after shopping other Hyundai dealers in the area that Heritage was by far the most professional to deal with. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was very knowledgeable about the Genesis model and Hyundai products in general. In our minds, he is an exceptional salesman who we would recommend to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai. Thank you Tom and Heritage Hyundai for making our new car buying experience a happy one! Great Service & Professionalism NOT only does this dealership stand with you when you buy a car but they deliver the service following your initial meeting with them. The dealership is the best ever and in particular the sales person Tom Hamme. He explained everything to me and I cannot thank him enough for making a stressful time (buying a large ticket item) very pleasant! More

I have been purchasing vehicles for the past 53 years. In an effort to expedite time, I research the car of my interest in auto magazines, Internet reviews,Consumer Digest, and similar publications. Then I do comparison shopping via telephone and Internet within a 200-mile radius of my home. The various dealerships with whom I spoke quoted me the identical MSRP for the Equus Signature and there was not too great of a significnat differential between the trade-in value offrered me for my 2009 Genesis. Finally, I decided to drive 187 miles to do business with Heritage Hyundai for the following reasons: (a) the finely-tuned knowledge base and professionalism of the several staff members (i.e., Jason Sponseller, Thomas Hamme, and Justin Davis) with whom I interacted and the respect, pride, and enthusiasm they displayed in their presentation and discussion of the Equus, (b) the fluid, but patient inter-personal quality of our interactions; i.e., I never felt pressured or spoken to in a condescending manner(c) the accommodation of my demanding schedule and the 3.5 hour drive to their dealership, and (d) the several telephone calls and e-mail communications subsequent to my purchase to ascertain that everything was still well with my new Equus. Sufice it to say,because of the quality experience that I had at Heritage, I have now purchased my fifth Hyundai automobile. More

My new car buying experience at Heritage Hyundai was great! Never once did I feel pressured to make any decision during my visit to this dealership. My salesman Tom Hamme was very friendly, knowledgea great! Never once did I feel pressured to make any decision during my visit to this dealership.
