While, I did not receive great service from the service center I was pleased with my experiencing trading my car in. Tom was very quick! I was in and out in less than 4 hours. My other suggestion is to change the process with the financing manager when closing the deal on the car. I hate being sold add-on services that I can't afford and don't need! Thank you Tom. More

Excellent experience My Salesmen was Tom Hamme and I was given him by the Sales a Manager after requesting a very knowledgeable no nonsense kind off salesmen .I had Done m My Salesmen was Tom Hamme and I was given him by the Sales a Manager after requesting a very knowledgeable no nonsense kind off salesmen .I had Done my research on the car I wanted in the Hyunday Sonata Limited and since most options come with it I wanted to be sure I found the car that had the two extra packages that you can get on it as well . I asked Tom if he had the car that I had seen in his inventory still on the lot and he said yes he had two of them and since one was black I wanted that more so I told him after looking at the car if he gave me his best price without any back and forth I would be glad to sign the papers and be out of there Tom was very good and quickly told me his best price which we adjusted a little bit and I was very happy because I got the car I wanted at a very good price and we quickly made the deal . He was very excellent in his sales as not to do that back and forth I so hate and he did as he promised I had planned on using my USAA but he told me about the special that Heritage was running and after calling USAA I was told they couldn't do the 0 % interest rate so I went with Heritage for the financing . It was very quick and I would only recommend Tom as Your Salesmen . He is young but very knowledgeable and he treated me with respect and like any customer because many times as a woman doing your own purchase it is still often assumed that we as females don't quite understand about buying a car . Tom was a very good no nonsense kind of salesmen and he was great in pointing out savings that could be had with using different loan companies. I am so happy that I came to Heritage especially after speaking to another Hyindai Dealership for the last 2 days but I could not get a good price and as a handicap person I did not want to drive from ps to their dealership just to find out that there wasn't a good deal there for me regardless of Jack says yes.:) had I not seen the advertisement on TV from Heritage about their 0% I would not even have known about this dealer but I so glad I did, thank you Tom for answering all my many questions and even helping me to get my new car home .
