I was in contact with 9 Hyundai and Kia dealerships in MD, NJ and NY looking to lease a Hyundai Kona EV or a Kia Niro EV. Over the course of two weeks Heritage Hyundai was willing to continue the conversation with me where others seemed to balk at completing a deal on-line. I was able to drive from central PA to Towson, drop off my trade, pick up my new Kona, and drive home. More

I had a really great experience with this dealership. I was buying from a different state so all the transactions had to be done long distance. Tom Hamme (sales) and Carol Bowen (business office) made it was buying from a different state so all the transactions had to be done long distance. Tom Hamme (sales) and Carol Bowen (business office) made it easy. I was looking for a used car for my daughter. I needed to stay within budget as this was a vehicle for a first time driver who’d been saving money for her first car. The car was exactly as represented and a perfect vehicle for a new driver. My daughter loves it! More
