Turns out the showroom was totally empty the whole time Raj worked with me. Raj is a very good , NEW salesman, and was receptive to learn some of my personal successful car sales qualifying and closing techniques. After a verbal confrontation , she said I am NOT allowing you to buy the car, and leave my dealership. I contacted the owners office of Steve Fader, and Stephanie directed management to me, and I took delivery of my delightful Kona Ultimate EV . More

I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a car to head here - they will treat you right and you will certainly leave with a good buy. The prices literally cannot be beaten, neither can their customer service! More

Had a terrible car buying experience in the past but this place more then made up for it. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL. We did a lot of the talking over place more then made up for it. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL. We did a lot of the talking over email because of COVID and I walked into the dealership with an offer that did not change one penny. They were true to their word and everything was easy. We had to bring our fourteen month old monster with us and everyone in the dealership not only dealt with a kid walking around everywhere but went out of their way to be nice to us and him. Could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Heritage Hyundai and Tom Hamme to everyone. More
