Sarah butted in without knowing any of the circumstances, and chastised me for taking too much time on a salesman's day off. Raj is a very good , NEW salesman, and was receptive to learn some of my personal successful car sales qualifying and closing techniques. After a verbal confrontation , she said I am NOT allowing you to buy the car, and leave my dealership. I contacted the owners office of Steve Fader, and Stephanie directed management to me, and I took delivery of my delightful Kona Ultimate EV . More

The Hyundai dealers in the Charlotte area were around $2000 higher in their out-the-door price for my 2021 Sonata Hybrid Limited. We handled nearly all of the paperwork online or via emails. My total time at the dealer was less than 30 minutes to sign some documents. Tom Hammer was excellent to deal with. He returned my calls and emails quickly, answered all of my questions and was completely honest and up-front in every aspect of the deal. I highly recommend these folks. More

Absolutely stellar. I wanted to get a new 2021 Elantra, because I had my previous one for 11 years, and after driving it for 1 day I hated it. Had a terrible car buying experience in the past but this place more then made up for it. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL. We did a lot of the talking over place more then made up for it. Our salesman, Tom Hamme, was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable AND NOT PUSHY AT ALL. We did a lot of the talking over email because of COVID and I walked into the dealership with an offer that did not change one penny. They were true to their word and everything was easy. We had to bring our fourteen month old monster with us and everyone in the dealership not only dealt with a kid walking around everywhere but went out of their way to be nice to us and him. Could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Heritage Hyundai and Tom Hamme to everyone. More
