Even the next day after purchasing the vehicle,a light came on in the car. Shelby arrived at my house the next day with a loaner and they took my car in to see what the issue was. I played hardball with my negotiation tactic in that I didn't tell him that I was paying cash. A price was agreed upon under the condition I financed through the dealer. After telling him that I was ;paying with cash the original offer was upheld. I would not have been mad had they come back with a counter knowing they weren't going to make much off this sell because it was not only a Limited edition it was a rare color. Tom closed the deal with me. He was a pro and didn't use high pressure tactics (would have just made me mad) to get me to buy a service contract. He explained each one clearly and left it to me. Several months prior, Randy had introduced me to Rob Crockett in sales. After driving the Tucson, I called Rob & asked what my options were. Within 24 hours, Rob got the exact Tucson I asked for (down to the very last detail). When I came back in Tom Harmon requested my loan from my preferred lender & helped make the process seamless. 48 hours after receiving a loaner, I was driving away with my brand new Tucson!
