Randy Jackson (Service Mgr) and his team quickly got me a loaner (2019 Hyundai Tucson) and got me out the door. After driving the Tucson, I fell in love. Several months prior, Randy had introduced me to Rob Crockett in sales. After driving the Tucson, I called Rob & asked what my options were. Within 24 hours, Rob got the exact Tucson I asked for (down to the very last detail). When I came back in Tom Harmon requested my loan from my preferred lender & helped make the process seamless. 48 hours after receiving a loaner, I was driving away with my brand new Tucson! I've worked with Wilson County Hyundai for years. They know how to satisfy a client and they know how to keep a client! He ended up telling us about the cars we could afford let us test drive 2 different ones and even went and got one from another lot that we wanted to look at. We told him up front what our budget was and he did not pressure us to do anything. We ended up leaving with a 2016 Ford Fusion and could not be happier. I and my wife live in a county that is 80 miles away. After a few phone calls and conversations with other dealers closer to us. We ( my wife and I) made the decision to make that long drive to Wilson county hyundia. When we got there. We met mrs Shelby who took us under her wing and took care of us in a very professional manner. She left no question unanswered. We are very happy with the service we received. There are some of the best home town people that you will ever meet. Cudos to mrs Shelby our sales person. Can’t forget big Terry the sales manager. He is a good fellow and a big THANK YOU to the service tech that came in on his day off ( a Saturday) To also take care of our needs. We can’t forget Tom our financial specialist on assisting us.
