Working with Matthew was a positive experience throughout the sales process. Even before meeting Matthew in person, he was quick to respond to every question, follow up with the information we needed, and w the sales process. Even before meeting Matthew in person, he was quick to respond to every question, follow up with the information we needed, and work with us to put this purchase deal together in a very amiable fashion. At no point did we feel the age-old "pressure the customer" tactic", but instead, we felt that Matthew (and the entire team at Wilson County Hyundai) were consummate professionals throughout the process. After making the purchase and removing the dealership decal from the car's rear, we noted some paint damage (due to the strong adhesive pulling a bit of the paint away from the car.). When we returned to the dealership to discuss, we met with Tom Harmon, and he was quick to provide a solution, inviting us to bring the car into the dealership for paint correction. We plan to take the car in tomorrow. I will say this - I have worked in the automotive industry for much of my life, including most recently as an automotive journalist - and I have worked with many dealerships across the country. I can tell you that our experience at Wilson County Hyundai has been great so far, and we will continue to do business here in the future so long as that high level of customer service quality remains part of their culture. Thank you all for making this experience - the purchase of my youngest daughter's first car - such a pleasant and positive one. We appreciate it! More
