Tom Hawkins personally spent a great deal of time learning what I wanted in a new car and went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. Tom Hawkins was responsive to one concern, in particular, and acted in a reasonable amount of time to try fixing the situation. The credit process was seamless, and at a rate slightly lower than I expected. I recommend Tom Hawkins to anyone searching for a Chevy dealer they can trust. Above all, I really enjoyed the no-hassle pricing. THAT made buying a car so much more enjoyable. More

Every employee that we had contact with at Hawkins Chevrolet treated us like family. Tom Hawkins greeted us when we entered the dealership, followed by Chris Finck who was our sales person. We told Chris Finck what we were looking for in a car, and he found exactly what we wanted. We actually enjoyed shopping for the car. Chris was very knowledgeable and never pressured us into buying. Instead, he was very interested in answering our questions and educating us about the car. It got to be late in the afternoon and never did he seem to want to hurry us on and out of there. We liked that! Tabitha, too, was very helpful with the purchase. She, too, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everyone there, including the office staff was very welcoming and helpful. I visited the Hawkins dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a used Kia Optima. Tom Hawkins and the Hawkins Chevrolet Dealership came recommended to me through a family reference. Being able to trust a car salesman isn't always easy, but Tom was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I live in Owatonna, so Fairmont is about an hour and a half journey for me. I called Tom and asked if he'd be able to meet me at 7:00pm, as it was the best I could do with my work schedule. He said that it would be no problem whatsoever. This was my first vehicle purchase, so I was rather nervous. Tom walked me through it step-by-step and made sure I understand exactly what was going on. He was very sincere and friendly which made the entire process a breeze for me. He ended up staying until 9:30 that night to finish the process--- someone who is willing to go that far out of their way to make others happy is hard to find. I highly recommend Hawkins Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. With Tom Hawkins leading the way, you'll be sure to have a great experience! More

When I met and visited with Tom I felt that I had just found a new friend. We visited for quite a while about many things, it seemed like the last thing on his mind was selling me a vehicle. He seemed more interested in what I do and my well being. The vehicle that I stopped to buy was sold as I entered the dealership. After I visited with Tom we decided to see if he could locate the vehicle that I wanted. A few days later he located me a vehicle just like we had discussed. He gave me a fair trade price and the deal was done. When I picked up the new vehicle Tom Hawkins (the owner of the dealership) spent plenty of time with me showing me how to operate the vehicle and it's accessories.
