We took the loaner car to breakfast and returned to just browse the showroom for a few minutes. We ended up meeting Tom, test drove a few different vehicles and bought a new Q5! Our service visit ended up being a trade/new car experience! We had not intended to purchase that day, but Tom was very helpful and patient with our questions and his time. We returned later that day to pick up our new car and head out to dinner, the transition was handled beautifully! The team at Audi including Nathan in finance made the experience easy and smooth. Looking forward to continuing our relationship with Devon Audi! More

Out of State Purchase made EASY. I was in the market for a very specific optioned out CPO - Audi SQ5 and Audi Devon had the closest matching one nationwide. Being from Chicago, I was I was in the market for a very specific optioned out CPO - Audi SQ5 and Audi Devon had the closest matching one nationwide. Being from Chicago, I was very hesitant to try an out of state purchase, but Tom Himsworth was an amazing sales rep throughout the whole process. We discussed pricing, shipping options, vehicle condition; they even picked up my vehicle as a trade-in, allowing me to avoid taking the car to CarMax. Tom's communication was stellar throughout the time period. I would definitely recommend working with Tom and the sales team. An Alternative Car Buying Experience I'm not one to purchase / trade my vehicles frequently. When I buy a vehicle, I keep it. After my car was totaled in an accident, I was forced to bu I'm not one to purchase / trade my vehicles frequently. When I buy a vehicle, I keep it. After my car was totaled in an accident, I was forced to buy another car. I did some searching on the internet to see what type of convertibles were being offered. Although I wasn't overly impressed by the photos of the Audi A3 convertible, my son and I planned to visit a few different dealerships within a few days. When we arrived at Audi Devon and found the A3 convertible that was listed and pictured on their website, I fell in love with it. The pictures online didn't do this car justice. I knew I was going to buy an A3 convertible, it was just a matter from which dealership. Previous battles with car salespeople were still vivid in my mind so I was prepared for all the headaches again. Tom Himsworth came out to the lot and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. He wasn't pushy, wasn't trying to strong arm me into buying the car. We just talked. My son and I took the car for a test ride and then sat down with Tom. He gave us some more information, answered more questions and then we left. Driving home, I mentioned to my son how impressed I was with the way we were treated at Audi Devon. The next day Tom and I talked about pricing and some other issues. We finalized the deal a couple of hours later. Tom is a true professional and class act and I appreciate everything he did for me during the entire process. I can't stress enough how much of a pleasure it had been to deal with Tom and how well he represents Audi Devon. I've had the opportunity to meet and work with some other people at Audi Devon and they are truly FIRST CLASS. I've never, ever, recommended any car dealership, let alone a specific salesperson. That has all changed since my encounter with Tom Himsworth and Audi Devon. More
