From Tom Krell delivering a Lincoln MKX to my house to test drive to Andy Harris welcoming me at the dealership to Mr. Krell lining up more Lincoln vehicles for me to test drive to Erik Shipley entertaining us as I am signing the paperwork; wonderful! I cannot be more pleased with my Lincoln MKX purchase! Tanya Tomanek wrapped up my car buying experience by personally showing me all the buttons in my new car. Driver backed my truck into a parked vehicle I brought my 2017 f250 in to have warranty service on the leaking moonroof. No one advised me that the TD or equivalent had been complied with. The driver only mentioned that there were no leaks and proceeded to back my truck up into another customer’s vehicle. The driver did this right in front of me and the Bozard observer did nothing to stop him. It was only my hitch that impacted the other vehicle however I have a back up camera and was very unimpressed with the quality of people working for them. When you purchase a $65,000 plus vehicle and already have to bring it in on warranty, makes me wish I stuck with my Tundra. Also, the drivers seem to think every vehicle is the same. This is one of 3 things that have happened with this dealership after purchasing the vehicle. They have always made it right, however, I’ve had to get things taken care of afterwards. The quality of customer service with this company is lacking. Every experience is different with the same company, but I will never purchase a vehicle or get service done from them again. More

Top notch experience I purchased a new vehicle at this dealer a few days ago. They were incredibly knowledgable of their product. Thomas Krell was awesome. He made sure th I purchased a new vehicle at this dealer a few days ago. They were incredibly knowledgable of their product. Thomas Krell was awesome. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the deal that we were working on, and he didnt pressure me into anything at all. He made sure that I left there happy. Even after the sale, he emphasized that he is there to make sure I stay happy with my new car. He told me to call him if I needed anything at all. Towards the end of the deal, the closing salesman came in to seal the deal. He also was phenomenal and I feel like I got a great deal on my car. He didnt pressure me at all either. Once the deal was agreed upon, I was brought into the finance managers office to deal with all the paperwork. Stuart put me at ease immediately with his happy and kind attitude. We got through the paperwork rather quickly and he helped me pick out a warranty suited to my needs as well as a few other things. He made sure that he explained every paper and all the numbers. He really went out of his way to make sure that he got me the best financing possible. I was simply amazed with how much he wanted to help me get the best deal overall. As a whole, it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were phenomenal, and they all emphasized again that they will handle any issues that I may have. I went back there today, and they all greeted me and made sure that I was still happy with the car. They made sure that I had no issues. I cant recommend this dealer enough. Simply astounding service. More
