I was having a problem with the lights on my car when I was out of town and I called Tom, he was there to walk me through everything and make sure I was safe and taken care of for my trip and my trip back. Bozard Ford had amazing customer service and they went out of there way to get me a car. They also gave advice and insight in making sure the cars I looked at were in my price range and considered EPA val out of there way to get me a car. They did not force me to take any initial action under pressure nor did they try to sell me a car that was unrealistic to my needs. Bozard Ford managed to keep their inventory on their website updated frequently and provided prices and many photos which is very helpful compared to other dealer's online sites. Their sales team was also determined to give the customer the best experience even if it was at the hands of another salesman. I met just about every employee there in my car shopping adventure and they were all more then helpful. Thanks BOZARD! More
