The time we spent waiting to finalize and sign the necessary papers was extremely long, but it was probably due to the fact that it was a busy Saturday ((good for the economy and the dealership!)Shortly after our purchase, we found out from some friends that a hybrid was comparatively priced. Since we had mentioned a hybrid but did not pursue it because we did not want to go over our budget, we were surprised and disappointed that we were not apprised of this price factor. The excellent experience of dealing with him and his co-workers made it an easy choice to return to Bozard Ford/Lincoln to look at F-150 trucks. We called Chase on a Saturday, told him about what we wanted, he said come on in. When we got there, he and his manager Matt Tudor already had info on some trucks for us to look at. Chase patiently showed us several vehicles until we found the one we wanted. We returned the next day with the 2 vehicles we wanted to trade in. Chase, along with George Clark and Tom Krell worked at getting us the best price possible. The paperwork was handled verily smoothly by Ovido Cirtina. Thanks to the well-trained staff at Bozard Ford/Lincoln, we drove away very happy with our F-150 truck. More

I am off lease soon, so while my oil was being changed, I spent the time with my favorite sales representative Henry Rowe determining the selection of my next vehicle and whether I would buy or lease as part of the decision. After investigating a myriad number of models, options, incentives and considerations, I selected a 2015 Lincoln MKZ as my next vehicle (which will be our 3rd MKZ in recent years). My wife has a 2013 Lincoln MKX and she loves driving it. Bozard is the only dealer we choose to do business with and Ford/Lincoln are the only brands we ever consider. Doing business with Bozard is a pleasant and enjoyable experience, whether selecting a new vehicle or servicing one we currently drive.
