I worked with Tom on a Lincoln MKX, used, a while back. I was unsure of the car as I had driven Cadillac in the past. As usual, Bozard employees are #1 in my book, as I'm always pleased with their professionalism and now, service after the sale. This was my 1st Service visit and questions about Sync, and the employees had me fixed up in no time, with my vehicle vacuumed inside and exterior cleaned and ready for pickup. Great guy, great experience. From billy, he took me to Tom Krell to get the ball rolling on paper work. I have to be honest, i didn't think you guys could do it. When you told me everything was set and approved come get your new car. What a sigh of relief...:) I must of told 20 people since I woke up this morning. What a great experience.
