Recently, I had a problem with a stuck passenger door on my F-150. Tom Krell was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting it serviced and resolved. Tom was very easy to work with and has a great per my F-150. Tom Krell was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting it serviced and resolved. Tom was very easy to work with and has a great personality and sense of humor. He made sure I was taken care of. While I hope I have no further problems with my Ford, I know that having someone like Tom Krell to work with will make the process a lot more pleasant, if/when another problem arises. More

I just purchased a new Ford Taurus from Bozard and I have to say that the service I received was excellent! Andrew in the main shop recommended to purchase a new vehicle from Bozard and even offered to answe to say that the service I received was excellent! My boyfriend and I were shopping for a new truck. After many trips to other dealerships, we came across this website to Bozard Ford. We read most of the reviews, we decided to take a drive out to the dealership. We were greeted by Tom Krell, who gave us the most amazing buying experience, EVER. His knowledge of the products and the different options as well as his ability to listen to our needs, made this the best and easiest decision ever. We love our F150 King Ranch, we loved the dealership, and we plan to return for service and future purchases. Kodos to all the management team and the hiring of such a great staff. More
