OMG!!! Can you say BOZARD?They ROCK the house with customer service. Tom Krell, you are the MAN. You listened to what I needed,wanted and made it work for me. I have had my 2013 Ford fiesta for 24 hrs customer service. Tom Krell, you are the MAN. You listened to what I needed,wanted and made it work for me. I have had my 2013 Ford fiesta for 24 hrs and I love it. I always thought BOZARD, that rinky, dinky place no way would I go there. I was told to go see billy Arndt, that he would take care of me. Great guy, great experience. From billy, he took me to Tom Krell to get the ball rolling on paper work. I have to be honest, i didn't think you guys could do it. When you told me everything was set and approved come get your new car. What a sigh of relief...:) I must of told 20 people since I woke up this morning. What a great experience. This Boston gal doesn't Please easily. I will be a return customer.5 stars across the board. More

Recently, I had a problem with a stuck passenger door on my F-150. Tom Krell was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting it serviced and resolved. Tom was very easy to work with and has a great per my F-150. Tom Krell was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting it serviced and resolved. I just purchased a new Ford Taurus from Bozard and I have to say that the service I received was excellent! Andrew in the main shop recommended to purchase a new vehicle from Bozard and even offered to answe to say that the service I received was excellent! I rated Tom Krell with a 5 because he was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and very interested in getting our family what we really wanted.
