We negotiated the trade-in price of my vehicles and the entire transaction was completed in a short period of time. These people were extremely accomidating for my wife and I . I am disabled and pretty much housebound and they went above and beyond to help us . We worked out our deal , and they even came to my house and evaluated my trades . They brought the new truck with them then and let my wife take it for a test drive . After we worked out all the details and figures , they delivered the brand new F-150 to our front door! I can't say enough about how great these guys were in our car buying experience . Having just purchased a new 2012 Mustang form Bozard ford, which is the Third for my wife from this dealership, two at the other location and one from this one. I have to say it was the best experience ford, which is the Third for my wife from this dealership, two at the other location and one from this one. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing an automobile. Thomas Krell made the experience which is usually a pain, a very enjoyable experience. We made the deal late the night before and Thomas had the car and the paperwork ready when I came in the next day. I was in and out in less than an hour. I looked at cars at two other dealerships and was very disappointed with the treatment form their sales staff. They should do a field trip to Bozard ford to see how they run their operation. If someone is looking for a car I would definitely recommend that they stop by Bozard ford and at least give them a chance. Thank you Tom for a great experience, Love the Mustang. More

I walked into Bozard this morning to check out a car I saw online that I was interested in. From the minute I stepped out of my car someone was there to help me.
