Tom and his wife Kathy, enjoy spending their time off experiencing all St Augustine has to offer. Tom has been in the automotive business for 30 years and is a great addition to our team.

After finding an exceptional (both mileage and price) Ford Expedition on-line, I contacted Tom Krell. He provided additional information and set-up an appointment for me, (same day...as I requested)and w Ford Expedition on-line, I contacted Tom Krell. He provided additional information and set-up an appointment for me, (same day...as I requested)and we headed toward Saint Augustine. Coming from Gainesville; it was a 1&1/2 hour drive. All the way I was developing my strategy to "deal with a car salesman". (Past experience with other dealerships had prepared me for the battle) When I arrived and walked in, I was greeted with a welcome and smile. (not to different than most dealerships) Tom introduced himself and off we went on the "test-drive". I was impressed with the vehicle and said "good enough" and was ready to turn around when Tom suggested we take it on the interstate so I could get the full range of the car. Wow....I took that as Tom wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. (He actually cares about the customer) This was something new!!! Upon return to the dealership, I informed Tom I was definetly interested and had a Toyota Corrola to trade in. (Now I thought - "the battle begins") Tom returned with the paperwork, which included the trade-in value of the Toyota, and I was pleasently suprised. It was a fair value. (I did my homework before we left home) I was already happy with the price of the vehicle (again, I did my homework and Bozard's price could not be beat). My strategy was useless....didn't need it!!! Friendly & honest salesman, great price, fair trade-in value, and transaction was going more smoothly than the last 35 years of my car buying experiences. My wife made the comment to Tom..."You don't understand, He enjoys doing battle with salesmen and you have completly taken the battle out". HOWEVER....I was prepared to take the battle to the Business Manager (A.J. Miller) because I knew (past experience with dealership bean counters) he was going to pull something. Again, WOW. A.J. was friendly and after just a few minutes, I concluded he was honest and customer focused too!!! I wanted to purchase an extended warranty, told A.J. I was aware of the different degrees of warranty and just wanted pricing. A.J. insisted that he explain the differences & cost (glad he did) and find the "best" package for me. (What's this...he's not pushing the most expensive....why does no one in this dealership want to do battle?) A.J. found us a great financing percentage rate, was very organized in his presentation of paperwork, and one of the most personable people I have met. (If he were only a Gator fan - I'd try to apodt him) :) To conclude this long, long, review....Great people, Great prices, Customer Focused, and will highly recommend Tom Krell, A.J. I needed a truck, mine died on the side of the road. I stopped by about a year to year and a half ago and looked at a used truck on the lot and talked to Tom but never did anything. I had been looking online for a couple of months to see what was out there. I came in on Tuesday morning and asked for Tom and he actually remembered me from my earlier visit. He brought up the truck I was interested in, I drove it and liked it and he and AJ made the deal happen. Tom even took the time to drive to my wife's office so she could sign the paperwork and I could leave her car with her so she had a ride home. it was hands down the best experience I ever had buying an automobile. Many thanks to them both for making it a pleasurable experience. More

No-one could make me a deal like Bozard did. Was tired of looking around local dealers who had no inventory. That's the reason I made a 250 mile dive to buy from Bozard. John Moon and Tom Krell were easy to work with. Since I live in Orlando, about 120 miles away, it was important that we have all of the negotiations worked out BEFORE we came north to St. Augustine. What a great buying experience! We were directed by our new service center owner Jay Zembower to give Bozard Ford & Tom Krell a opportunity to purchase our new 2013 Explorer. We have been buying Ford's for new service center owner Jay Zembower to give Bozard Ford & Tom Krell a opportunity to purchase our new 2013 Explorer. We have been buying Ford's for over 30 years and this buying experience is by far the best. It started with a single phone call to Tom Krell,we explained to him that we wanted a new Explorer and all the options we wanted, including the color. He didn't have the Explorer we were looking for on the lot so he went to work on locating one. Tom had what we were looking for in a couple days. We live two hours away in Orlando so all the communication was done by phone & internet. We arrived a couple day's later to do the paper work and pickup the car. We were greeted with open arms at Bozard Ford when we arrived, they immediately took us to Tom Krell were he was waiting for us with all the paper work ready to sign. We then had a great time with TJ Bernal the finance services manager, he was a big help in the financing. When we finished all the paper work Tom Krell took the time to help us set-up our sync account an get us familiarize with all the options our new Explorer offers. Superior service; I had the nerve to walk in a closing time and was still sold a car!
