My recent purchase experience with Bozard Ford was absolutely amazing! It is refreshing to work with a dealership that is forthright and honest during price negotiations. Tom Krell is a professional, friendly and knowledgeable salesman. I contacted Tom via the internet for a price on a 2011 Expedition, his prompt response, honesty, and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Tom with the expedition waiting by the door for my inspection and test drive. True to his word all pricing was exactly what was presented to me on the phone and internet. We quickly negotiated a fair value for my trade and closed the deal. AJ Miller, financing, did a great job explaining the available warranties and maintenance programs. AJ was instrumental in finding an interest rate lower than my Credit Union’s rate. I appreciate Tom’s and AJ’s professional, personable and caring attitudes.We were well past closing time and they never tried to hurry me through the process, their concern was to ensure I understood everything and was happy. I most highly recommend Bozard Ford to anyone who values customer service and honesty. More

Tom Krell was highly professional and made the car-buying experience fair, pleasurable and efficient. SInce I was returning from out or town, I did not have my checkbook, and Tom offered to follow me home i experience fair, pleasurable and efficient. I normally don't take the time to fill out reviews because honestly most of the time the merchants wouldn't want my review. My mother always said (as do I) "if you don't have anything nice to say, the because honestly most of the time the merchants wouldn't want my review. I'm taking the time to write this one because I feel that Tom Krell was an all around great salesperson. Tom was a no pressure type of salesman (which is impossible to find these days) but I think is extremely important. It shows how much he believes in the cars that he's selling and doesn't need to pressure people into buying them which leads to buyer's remorse which leads to a bad taste left in your mouth. He was friendly and professional and addressed every question I had quickly and adequately. I felt the whole dealership had a team mentality and everyone tries to help the customer. I want to add also that I am not the easiest type of customer to deal with, I am extremely meticulous and yet I would recommend Tom and Bozard. More

I just bought a used 2010 GMC Acadia and am extremely pleased with everyone I worked with and the level of service I received. When I purchased the car there was only one set of keys and my sales rep, To pleased with everyone I worked with and the level of service I received. When I purchased the car there was only one set of keys and my sales rep, Tom Krell, told me he would contact the previous owner and see if they had them. I did not think I was ever going to see that second set but Tom called me a day later and told me he had gotten them from the previous owner. Also, there was an issue with my tag being transferred and I was going to have to come back down to the dealership to pick it up. Tom offered to take the keys and the registration to my wifes' work which is off the next exit north from the dealership. He texted me later to tell me he wouldn't be able to make it up there before she was gone for the day and that he would bring them to my house when he got off work. Keep in mind I live in Julington Creek Plantation which is 35 mins away. Tom was true to his word and brought everything by at around 9pm that evening. In my experience most sales reps after the paperwork is signed tend to disappear. That is not the case with Tom Krell. He has gone above and beyond his responsibilities and I am very pleased. After being unsatisfied with sales at Gary Yeomans Ford, I called Bozard Ford and had the pleasure to speak with Tom Krell. He listened to what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He made the Experience of buying a new car easy and a pleasure. Not only did I buy a new F-150, my son got a new Mustang to. Word of mouth advertising is the best sales tool, that doesn’t cost a thing, unless it is bad. Tom Krell will get my five star rating. Next year it will be time to trade my wife’s 2006 Fusion in for a new one, I will be looking forward to deal with Tom again. More

I am very with my experience at Bozard Ford. I came in on Saturday morning looking for and hoping to buy a Used Lincoln MKZ that I saw on the internet and which I had seen on the used car lot the night befor Saturday morning looking for and hoping to buy a Used Lincoln MKZ that I saw on the internet and which I had seen on the used car lot the night before. When I got there I didn't see this car anymore. I went inside the showroom and the receptionist called over Tom Krell. Tom was great. He looked for the car which I had wanted and found out that it was being road tested by someone else. This person bought the car I had wanted. Tom was great he found another car which was a Ford Fusion. As it turned out I liked the Fusion even better. Tom knew the Fusion features inside and out. I am very happy with the car and will be coming back to Bozard ford when ready for my next purchase. One last thing. AJ Miller, the finance manager was great too. I feel that I was treated very well and with no high pressure. More

My car buying experience at Bozard ford was just awesome. I feel very special for the way I was treated. Tom knew every aspect of the Lincoln MKZ, that I purchase and made sure on several occassions that I I feel very special for the way I was treated. From the moment I stepped out of my car it was service with a smile. Tom made me aware that I could call him or come to Bozard to see him if I have any questions or concerns. A few words to sum up Tom, Tustworthy,Organized,Professional,Kind, Dependable and a team player.
