He worked with us for months (heat, rain, no sleet We are in our 80's and have purchased a LOT of cars. Tom Krell is the best salesman we ever had. He worked with us for months (heat, rain, no sleet in Florida, broken bones) to help us pick out the "perfect" car. He even ordered a car that "we" designed. When it came in, it was smaller than we wanted. Did he then get upset with us? No. He very patiently continued to help us figure out which car would be our "perfect" car. We are now, finally, the owners of a Lincoln Continental thanks to Tom. He even had to follow us home with our old car so we could get into our community and garage. I think we are the customers from xxxx, but Tom never made us feel that way. More
