Late last Saturday, I decided to change my car… yep at 2:00pm knowing that the dealer was closing at 6pm. I was hesitating between a Benz GLE or GLS and a BMW X5 or X7… I started my shopping at Benz becau 2:00pm knowing that the dealer was closing at 6pm. I was hesitating between a Benz GLE or GLS and a BMW X5 or X7… I started my shopping at Benz because I was always been impressed with their luxury & German engine package… my shopping needs to be done by myself and my wife walking down the lot :) no help is needed at that time. The we decided around 3:00pm to do the same in the BMW lot. I ask them for help to find out there was a 1 to 2 hours waiting time! Well, when I’m decided to buy something, I want it that day.. I was more inclined with the Benz anyway… we went back and ask for help, then Tom make himself available to us and we ended up road testing the cars that we liked! Tom got our GLE 450 ready and we were able to leave that evening, yes after hour! What a great team out there taking care of a customer! Kudos to the team, and we love our new car! More
