Tom did a great job making sure the vehicle was ready for my test drive as soon as I called, wanted to test drive, and mentioned that I'm impatient. While I was unfortunately unable to take the vehicle home that night, it allowed me to clean out my trade and get things together for taking her home the next day. She was ready and sparkling when I picked her up the following day. When I found a small spot, Tom made sure to get that immediately cleaned up for me. More
