I test drove the perfect vehicle for my criteria on Saturday, he gave me the price quote I wanted on Monday and Monday evening I was driving home in my new SUV. Prior to coming to Zimbrick East we had worked with a different dealership whom was not communicating with us about our interests and questions. Tom McConnell was SO very helpful and professional during the entire sale. He was, at the time with another customer, and did a great job balancing us walking in and finishing up with his current client who was on a test drive. We got the answers and information that we needed, that we hadn't received through the other dealership we were talking to. We recently purchased a new GMC Acadia from Tom McConnell (our 2nd from him). When we went to inquire about a new purchase we sought Tom out because of our prior experience with him. He is helpful and enthusiastic and works hard to find the right vehicle for us. Thanks Tom. He said he'd purchased his last 4 or 5 vehicles from him and wouldn't work with anyone else. I understood why when I met him. He listened to find me exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to get the monthly rate down to fit my budget. Very personable and friendly.
