Best part is that Lexus gives you a loaner car regardless of any warranty which makes life so much easier! I am not hesitant to bring in the car because I know they will provide me a loaner until my car is ready free of charge (and that includes gas!) One of the best service advisors is Tom Miller who has served me for over 10 years faithfully! I have never regretted owning a Lexus and because of its excellent service I am sure to buy another when this one wears out, which may be never!!! I am a very pleased Lexus customer! More

Should you need to stick around, the new facility is clean, pleasant and comfortable. While I would give it 5 stars for the above, the best is left for last. Tom Miller has been my service advisor for over 10 years and he is a big part of my reason to keep buying Lexus. We have had 3 Lexus vehicles in our household throughout that time. Working with a knowledgeable and trusted advisor ranks most important on my list. More
