I am beside myself as I write this. My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long My car was towed to Tasca Ford 2 weeks ago. I need a new transmission on a 4 year old car. In addition to the fact that I have no ETA as to how long I will be without a car, I was PROMISED a loaner last week by Brian. Noone will return my call. I emailed you as well yesterday Mr. Moran to no response. I am literally going to lose my job which I explained to multiple people. I cant afford one more Uber . I just spoke to 4 different people to be told, sorry, there are no loaners. You're on the list. I am disgusted with how I've been treated and your lack of concern regarding my job. More

My experience has been good with everyone I have interacted with at Tasca. While there was an initial issue with the computer in the truck, Tom Moran, General Manager, and Brian Beaudry and Jessica interacted with at Tasca. I was sold a truck that Tasca knew was broken. They cleared the codes before selling me the truck. It broke down on my way home on May 30, 2023 and it still isn't fixed. Brought my mustang in for 5,000 mile service. Car ran beautiful no problems. They did the oil change, now the car is leaking oil from the drain plug and apparently filter as well, and the oil pre Car ran beautiful no problems. They did the oil change, now the car is leaking oil from the drain plug and apparently filter as well, and the oil pressure is 100 when it’s suppose to be 40. Before I brought the car in none of these problems existed and the car is still there and they have no idea apparently on how to fix it. Absolutely terrible, they broke a brand new vehicle and are trying to avoid that fact. Myself and everyone I know will never be bringing a vehicle here again. Absolutely disgusted with this place More
