I was getting frustrated in the posted pricing and the reality of the actual sales price in the purchase order here in the Springs, so I pushed out to the Denver area. In addition, getting extreme lowballed well below any realistic trade value was getting old. I don't know if it is because of the COVID issue, or what, but I was connected with Tom in fleet sales through my online request for more info on a few trucks. I'm not a fleet customer. I have been told in the past that I am completely a pain in the you know what to deal with when it comes to auto purchases, and that is probably a true statement. Over the last couple weeks I feel that Tom went out of his way to go above and beyond and provide me with the information I needed to make the best decision possible in a truck purchase, while acting in the best interest of the business and me, the customer. His communication was timely, clear and concise throughout. I highly recommend Emich Chevrolet as a competitive auto dealer, with zero B.S. and expertly knowledgeable staff that take pride in what they do with excellent customer service! I'm sure there are other dealers out there with quality customer care on the sales end, but until working with Emich specifically for GM, I did not encounter any that hit on all cylinders like Emich does. More

I did end up finding a used version of the van which met my needs elsewhere. I cant speak highly enough of Tom and his communication, knowledge and no pressure sales. The van i was looking at was brand new and i bought a used one which they unfortunately did not offer, otherwise i would have gone with Emich. I have had multiple experiences with this dealership on both the sales and service side and they always do the right thing. Very thankful to have such a great dealership so close to home. You will not go wrong. More
