While the second attempt at the paint repair was great, there was some kind of white residue on the rear interior of the hatch (side wall and hatch itself), back of the seat, protective mat as well as on t there was some kind of white residue on the rear interior of the hatch (side wall and hatch itself), back of the seat, protective mat as well as on the exterior rear of the car. They could have done a much better job returning the car back to me in a clean condition. The lack of detailing is disappointing and shows the lack of concern for finishing quality. This review is strictly for the quality of work, NOT for the wonderful service of Tom who has ALWAYS been great. This review should not impact him in any way. More

Used to be great with great customer service. However, the last year or so, the workers have been a revolving door and the service department is always trying to push more work on Your car. Worst part is, if you check yourself and realize they lied. More

For years, I have brought my car to you and have been very happy. This time, I had a pre-scheduled appointment days ahead for an oil change. I was made to wait until everyone who just showed up was tak very happy. This time, I had a pre-scheduled appointment days ahead for an oil change. I was made to wait until everyone who just showed up was taken care of. It took 3 hours for the oil change, and to make it worse, after they brought my car out as if it was done, then they told me that one of my taillight brake lights is out !!! They were going to let me leave with no brake light !!!!!!!!!!! I am truly not interested in hearing an excuse from you. More
