For years, I have brought my car to you and have been very happy. This time, I had a pre-scheduled appointment days ahead for an oil change. I was made to wait until everyone who just showed up was tak very happy. This time, I had a pre-scheduled appointment days ahead for an oil change. It took 3 hours for the oil change, and to make it worse, after they brought my car out as if it was done, then they told me that one of my taillight brake lights is out !!!
