Very customer oriented from a very comfortable waiting area to a really good car wash including inside cleaning. Employees are considerate and thoughtful. Overall a lovely experience. The service was fantastic the workers there were so great,I love the fact that they wash your car for you, love the fact that they give free popcorn and have vending machines my kids had not eaten get great,I love the fact that they wash your car for you, love the fact that they give free popcorn and have vending machines my kids had not eaten get and I was going to buy them food after we had to wait three hours and I knew there were going to tell me they were hungry but I bought them stuff from the vending machines and they did not bother for the rest of the time. My first time there. I was impressed with the attentiveness and the knowledge of the kind people who work there in service-- and there are so many of them! Plus my mainte I was impressed with the attentiveness and the knowledge of the kind people who work there in service-- and there are so many of them! Plus my maintenance was performed super quick (and properly) while I waited. I love that there is video of the points check so they don’t have to run out to me and show me a dirty (or clean) filter. I just moved here to Houston. I’m in my 4th leased Nissan. This dealership has my business. More
