My problem was with open auto loan. That works with this dealership. Long story short, I spoke with crystal and chere. They're blowing up my phone asking me to.Please come to the appointment calling me a lot.however when I get here, I was told something completely different. I was up front and this company still lied to me she even told me she was one of the finance managers.But I found out she's an appointment setter.That was a waste of my time.That was a horrible embarrassing. experience. I'm definitely gonna tell everyone about what happened with me and tell people not to come here, because they will lie to you More

Dealt with Darren which is a complete liar. Told him I didn’t want my credit pulled a 100 times to just do a soft pull and he said ok. 10 minutes later I am getting alert after alert after aler Told him I didn’t want my credit pulled a 100 times to just do a soft pull and he said ok. 10 minutes later I am getting alert after alert after alert with the credit bureaus with nothing but hard pulls on my credit. Even know I was approved I would not buy a car from them because they are dishonest people. More

Don't shop with them they will scam you out of your money and fake put you in a car just to take the car back and not give you, your money back when you ask them for your money or update on what's taking so and fake put you in a car just to take the car back and not give you, your money back when you ask them for your money or update on what's taking so long they'll tell you " oh we're checking on itv" days and days have passed oh it's a chip on a brand new car so they're going to not give back your money you paid for car or anything because this is how they operate did I mention that they still charged my account for the first month payment of the car as well after it was returned they waste time keep you they’re for hours and hours they are high every customer inside was very upset with how they were handling business they need to be stopped immediately . Come to find out they have been doing this for a while and have been pocketing money from multiple customers More
