Took my car to this dealership to get body work and suspension repaired after an accident, they refused to replace both front tires when they were clearly both in bad shape , at first I didn't think i suspension repaired after an accident, they refused to replace both front tires when they were clearly both in bad shape , at first I didn't think it was my tire wich I'm still wondering about , however the tire is clearly worn on the outside tread, I showed them a receipt from Cadillac wich is where I bought the tire in question it had only 21k miles on it, the service guy said that is the normal life for a Continental crosscontact tire, I disagreed and told him either the tire is not mine or it was worn down after the accident as I drove it home and then to get it repaired, it was at Tom Peacock collision center the service guy was Edward Carnine, I have contacted my insurance company and let them know what is going on as this shop was on their preferred list wich is why I chose them. So now I guess I will see what insurance does.. IN MY OPINION TOM PEACOCK IS WRONG , AND UNREASONABLE...USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! I WILL NOT! More
