I came looking for a specific car seen online, but decided on another one. They were busy, so it was a long wait for finance. Finance manager was nice, but was printing paperwork and preparing me to sign before I even knew the rate, terms, or financing company. On paperwork...my address was wrong, they'd given me a generic email address(which he said the salesman did) and the "We Owe" items weren't relayed. And something I've never seen...when I picked up plates and registration, the sales price of car reported to the DMV was not the sales price on my contract. I called questioning it, but no one had a clear answer. Sounds fraudulent to me! Definitely filing a complaint. In the end, I got a good 1st car for my daughter. But I'll never buy from them again.
