I was looking for a smaller vehicle that was economical with gas and compact because of my personal use. I was interested in getting a new car to avoid extended maintenance in my vehicle. I came to look at with gas and compact because of my personal use. I was interested in getting a new car to avoid extended maintenance in my vehicle. I came to look at the 2022 Nissan Kicks, and I was lucky to meet Ms. Elio. He took his time to sit down to talk about the vehicle and my use of the car. Mr. Elio took the time to give an excellent presentation, fantastic test drive, and help me meet my budget. If you want to purchase a Nissan, please come to see Elio at Tom Peacock Nissan. He will do his best to help you. More

I took my Nissan Armada to Tom Peacock Nissan Houston Tx for an oil change and to change out my rear brake pads on Thursday Jan 13th, 22. Everything seemed fine until I drove off the lot. I had to drive all for an oil change and to change out my rear brake pads on Thursday Jan 13th, 22. Everything seemed fine until I drove off the lot. I had to drive all the way to deer park which I smelled like something was burning but thought it was coming from the engine. The Service Engine Soon light came on so I immediately called Rene our service advisor to inform him what was going on. He new I had an appointment I had to be at so he recommended bringing it in the next day. I then had to drive to La Porte and back towards Spring when I had to pump gas. I had 3 people point out saying your car is smoking. I then noticed smoke from my rear passenger side tire area. I checked it out and noticed it was coming from the breaks. By then it was already 8:30 and couldn’t call anyone at Tom Peacock Nissan because the service department was closed so I had to drive it like that back home to Conroe. The next day on Friday Jan 14th, 22 I called Rene around 10am to inform him of the smoke. I mentioned to him that my breaks on the rear passenger side were more than likely not recalibrated. He assured me that they would take care of the issue if I would just bring it in. After voicing my concern about driving it all the way back I was left no other choice but to bring it in. I drove it back to the dealership and once I pulled in I showed Oswaldo another service advisor the smoke coming from the rear passenger side. He stated he will have to get the managers involved and the foreman. They managed to take the car to the back and 30mins later stated that I was the one at fault. That my break calibrator had locked and I needed to pay another $360 for them to fix the issue. I explained to Rene the only reason why my break calibrator could have locked was because it wasn’t properly recalibrated. The managers did not want to take responsibility for what happened and basically sent me on my way if I didn’t want to pay another $360 for them to fix the issue which was definitely cause on their end. I didn’t have this issue before taking it in to Tom Peacock Nissan. They even did a full inspection on the vehicle before starting on the oil change and the breaks and stated everything else passed and looks good. Test drove it and still stated it’s good to go. This has been the worst experience ever and now I’m down a vehicle until I can get it fixed. This is unacceptable and the last time I ever use Tom Peacock Nissan for any of the services they have to offer. They are not an honest company. More
