When i went back to get it, nobody was willing to help. All i got is run around. Had to spend my Christmas Eve sitting at their lobby all day waiting. Finally i found out that they dumped bunch of additional charges in there for more than $8,000 total without my consent. That's why they didn't give me my copies in the first place. Fraudulent business practices!!! Thank you for ruining Christmas for my 4 kids and me!!!
