I went online to set an appointment to test drive a Pathfinder. They were quick to call me back and confirm. The next day they called me again to confirm the appointment which at that point I asked the Pathfinder. They were quick to call me back and confirm. The next day they called me again to confirm the appointment which at that point I asked the to make sure that there was going to be a Pathfinder for me to test drive. My appointment was set for 2 pm. I arrived at the dealership at 1:45pm. They were quick to greet me but as soon as I sat down with the sale person they notified me that they did not have anything to test drive. I was so upset because i called and tried to make sure they had something when I arrived. I it was just a waste of time. They did offer to try to offer me to order a Pathfinder but I'm not going to put any money down till I know what I'm buying. So we left and it sucks but not going to buy a Nissan. There are other dealership that do accommodate and allow you to test drive. I understand the reality of the times we are living in but for me what will set a dealership apart is what they offer to their customers. Happy to to say went to another dealership and they were able to allow us to test drive their car. Even though it was not the car we want just because it did not have all the features it was enough for us to drive it to get the feel of the car, I had to make sure that my wife is able to drive and that she would love it. So we placed an order and going to wait for it to come in. I wished that Tom Peacock had a Pathfinder to test drive even though it may not be the one we want to buy at least have something for us to look at and not just have us walk out on them. Felt like the sales person didn't care about our business and allowed us to walk out. More

I was very pleased with my service at Tom Peacock Nissan. I highly recommend them and especially Mr. Victor. He went beyond great customer service because I had my daughter with me and she had a great experi I highly recommend them and especially Mr. Victor. He went beyond great customer service because I had my daughter with me and she had a great experience with the test driving of different vehicles. Salesman Leo was the only positive about my whole experience. When I actually received vehicle, I inquired about the possibility of getting full tank of gas and was told that when you buy a used car experience. When I actually received vehicle, I inquired about the possibility of getting full tank of gas and was told that when you buy a used car unfortunately they do not provide gas. I left the lot with barely a fourth of a tank of gas. I am a pretty positive straight forward type of person but I left that lot, even though I got a vehicle, feeling like a piece of crap. I know, I'm blessed because as horrible as my credit is they still got me into a vehicle, but that does not excuse how you handle people. It's more than a tank of gas, it's making a person feel less than because they didn't purchase a new vehicle. More
