I went to Valley Honda in hopes of finding a CR-V Hybrid (which is impossible to find now because of the micro chip shortage). I had went to various other dealerships and was unable to find anything. Howeve (which is impossible to find now because of the micro chip shortage). I had went to various other dealerships and was unable to find anything. However, at Valley Honda, they had exactly what I wanted. When I went, I was recommended to ask for Tom Propersi. He was very friendly and honest with me. Working with him was a pleasure; he took extra time and care to explain all the features of the car and ensured I had ample opportunity to test it so I had a good idea of what I was buying. Not only Tom, but the rest of the staff that I had interacted with were also very friendly and it seemed like their dealership culture was more centered around making sure their customers found the right cars as opposed to finding ways to make more money. Great experience. More

Tom was very patient as I navigated the New and Pre-Owned certified world - hunting for a vehicle that both fit our family's needs and what I liked. I started to zero in on a new Passport and ultimately ended up with a 2020 Pre-Owned Certified used Ridgeline. I would suggest to anyone to work with Tom. More

I had an amazing first time experience buying a car from Valley Honda. Tom P was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure that I walked out with my dream car. We had bought a vehicle in 2019 with Tom so when we needed to lease one this week we immediately reached out to him. He is the consummate sales consultant: knowledgable, patient and never overbearing. needed to lease one this week we immediately reached out to him. We test drove two cars and he let us know about both of them but never pushed for either one. Post-sale, the time he took to walk us through the car's interior features was much appreciated.
